I’m Tamara Ball, a licensed local mortgage broker in Stony Plain with a passion for helping families achieve homeownership.
My journey began at 18 when I became a first-time homebuyer. That experience ignited my lifelong interest in guiding others through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I started my career in new home sales, where I discovered how fulfilling it was to match people with their dream homes. However, I wanted to do more, so I pursued my mortgage broker license to help clients secure the financing they need to make those dreams a reality.
As a mom of two energetic girls, and with the support of my amazing husband, I understand the importance of home. I bring that same care and understanding to my clients by offering expert advice, personalized service, and a steady hand throughout the mortgage process.
Outside of work, we live life to the fullest riding dirt bikes, playing with our two dogs, and enjoying every outdoor adventure. I am proud to help others build their futures right here in our community, just as I have built mine one step and one home at a time.
