I’m Tamara Ball, a licensed mortgage broker with a passion for helping families achieve homeownership. My journey began at 18 when I moved out on my own and got my first glimpse into the world of home buying. That experience sparked a lifelong interest in guiding others through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
I started in new home sales, where I discovered how fulfilling it was to match people with their dream homes. But I knew I wanted to do more—so I pursued my mortgage broker license to help clients secure the financing they need to make those dreams a reality.
As a mom of two energetic girls, and with the support of my amazing husband, I understand how important home is. I bring that same care and understanding to my clients—offering expert advice, personalized service, and a steady hand through the mortgage process.
Outside of work, we live life to the fullest—riding dirt bikes, playing with our two dogs, and soaking up every outdoor adventure. I’m proud to help others build their futures, just like I’ve built mine—one step, and one home, at a time.
